Digital Arts Festival - University of Essex

The University of Essex is opening up its campus to Year 10 Students on 28 June for its Digital Arts Festival.

The event inspire and inform students about the wealth of opportunity in the Digital, Creative and Cultural sectors. The University will hold a full day of workshops and interactive sessions with its academics and will have a 'Market Place' where it is inviting local organisations to exhibit their entrerprise with interactive activities or displays. 

The Colchester campus will expect to see around 400 students from schools across Essex, Suffolk and East London for this exciting event which will bring together businesses, arts organisations, charities and academics. Each school will be able to choose from three different activities, with all schools allocated a time in the Market Place.

The University is still accepting offers for exhibits and would like to receive expressions of interest by Friday 6 April to enablethem to plan the Market Place and book additional rooms if required.  Schools will also be receiving an outline of the activities available and will use a synopsis from the application form.
