ESB Offers £20,000 Funding for Training Providers

We know that to help deliver a world-class skills system in Essex, we need people who can teach world class skills. We now have two amazing programmes available to help training providers: The Tutor Golden Hello, available to recruit new tutors, and The Training Grant for training existing staff.  

With up to £5,000 per tutor on offer, eligible training providers can now afford to give their tutors the knowledge and skills they need to produce unmatched training provisions for both your company and their students.

Essex employers are facing skills shortages, but with our support, your tutors could provide the solution to them, and give their students the skills for long-lasting career opportunities.  

Either programme is accessible to any FE provider in Greater Essex (including Southend and Thurrock). Your Tutors must be teaching on one of the following sectors: Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering | Care | Construction | Finance & Insurance | Health | I.T, Digital & Creative | Logistics
