Lara became Managing Director of Objective IT in 2019 after 7 years with the team. The most rewarding part of her role is seeing clients’ businesses grow and thrive due to their investment in Objective IT’s software development and analytics projects.

Lara puts client goals and objectives first. She takes time to understand the requirement, considers how the latest technology can impact the development and works in partnership with the client to turn their vision into success.

Alongside her work at Objective IT Lara is an Ambassador for the Essex branch of the Institute of Directors and a member of the Essex Community Foundation, where Objective IT hold a charitable fund. Lara has a undergraduate degree in History and is completing a MBA. Lara is also PRINCE2 accredited and holds a Certificate in Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
